Terms and Conditions - SUMMER OF PEDAL GIVEAWAY
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Pedal Bikes and 99 Bikes Pty Ltd ABN 87 123 966 665, of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 (the Promoter).
Information about the competition, how to enter and the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the competition, each entrant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 7:00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 and closes at 10:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 (the Competition Period).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (Eligible Entrants). Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies and licensees, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
1. Follow @pedalbikes_au and @project_pargo on Instagram;
2. Like the competition Reel on Instagram; and
3. Comment on the competition Reel and tag three (3) friends.
Multiple entries per Eligible Entrant are permitted, provided that each entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. Entries received by the Promoter will be considered final.
5. The Prize
There will be three (3) winners, with each winner receiving one prize pack.
The prize packs are:
Prize Pack 1: Pedal Breeze E4 Electric Bike + Project Pargo 950ml bottle, 12oz cup and stubby holder
Prize Pack 2: Pedal Breeze Sage Cruiser Bike + Project Pargo 950ml bottle, 12oz cup and stubby holder
Prize Pack 3: Pedal Breeze Pink Electric Bike + Project Pargo 950ml bottle, 12oz cup and stubby holder
The Promoter will determine which prize pack each winner receives. The Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be sold or exchanged for any other goods or services.
The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than the items expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.
All expenses associated with the use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the relevant Prize Winner.
6. Prize Collection
Each Prize Winner will be responsible for collecting their Prize from a participating 99 Bikes store location.

Any costs or expenses incurred by a Prize Winner in connection with collecting their Prize, including travel, transport or other associated costs, are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
7. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected at random at the discretion of the Promoter from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 by a comment posted on the competition Reel on Instagram.
The Promoter will also contact each winner by Instagram Direct Message (DM).
8. Winner Response and Redraw
Each Prize Winner will have seven (7) days from the date the Promoter sends the winning notification by Instagram DM to respond and provide the information reasonably required by the Promoter to claim their Prize.
If a Prize Winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to deem that winner's entry invalid and select a new winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Any new winner selected will be contacted by Instagram DM and may be announced in the comments of the competition Reel.
9. Valid Entries
Entries must be complete, accurate and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if it is incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive, incomprehensible or infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant's identity, eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Prize Substitution
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
If the Promoter is unable to provide a Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
If a Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute.
11. Promoter's Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, modify, suspend or withdraw the competition and/or withhold the Prize where, in the Promoter's opinion:
There are insufficient valid entries to enable the Promoter to select a Prize Winner; or
improper conduct by an entrant or entrants has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants.
The Promoter's decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, affiliated with, administered by, or endorsed by Instagram or the Meta group of companies.
Each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or in connection with this competition.
13. General
Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
By entering, each Eligible Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
